Sludge deep dehydration and resource utilization treatment process
The invention relates to the technical field of sludge deep dehydration and resource utilization, and discloses a sludge deep dehydration and resource utilization treatment process which comprises the following steps: 1) raw sewage is filtered by a grid and then sequentially enters an aeration sand basin and a primary sand basin for treatment; and pumping the primary residual sludge with the water content of 99.2%-99.6% in the sand basin into a gravity concentration basin, concentrating for 8-12 hours, and enabling the water content of the concentrated sludge to be 97%-98%. According to the sludge deep dehydration and resource utilization treatment process, raw sewage is filtered by a grating and then sequentially enters an aeration sand basin and a primary sand basin to be treated, then is concentrated by a gravity concentration basin and is conditioned by a conditioning basin, then is subjected to filter pressing dehydration by a high-pressure diaphragm filter press, and finally, a sludge cake is placed for several days; the cost of the whole process is close to that of a common centrifugal dewatering technology (the operation cost is about 0.136 yuan/t), but the dewatering effect is better.
本发明涉及污泥深度脱水与资源化利用技术领域,且公开了一种污泥深度脱水与资源化利用处置工艺,包括以下步骤:1)原污水经过格栅过滤后依次进入曝气沉沙池和初次沉沙池内处理,然后将含水率为99.2%‑99.6%的初次沉沙池剩余污泥抽升送入重力浓缩池,浓缩时间为8‑12h,浓缩后污泥的含水率为97%‑98%。该污泥深度脱水与资源化利用处置工艺,通过将原污水经过格栅过滤后依次进入曝气沉沙池和初次沉沙池内处理,再经过重力浓缩池浓缩和调质池调质,紧接着经高压隔膜压滤机进行压滤脱水,最后泥饼会再放置数天,使含水率进一步降低,整个工艺成本与常用的离心脱水技术(运行成本约0.136元/t)接近,但脱水效果更好。
