According to the invention, the construction and maintenance are convenient, the thin ice phenomenon on the road surface in early winter and spring melting periods can be well inhibited, and the anti-skid performance can be greatly improved; snow removal and ice removal are easy under the heavy snow condition, and the cost is reduced.
