The invention discloses a prefabricated positive-texture anti-skid wearing layer and a preparation method thereof. The prefabricated positive-texture anti-skid wearing layer comprises positive-texture anti-skid aggregate, an aggregate bonding layer, a structural layer and an original pavement self-adhesion layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the aggregate bonding layer comprises high-viscosity and high-toughness mucilage and carborundum. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing an aggregate bonding layer raw material; s2, preparing a structural layer; s3, combining the aggregate bonding layer raw material with the structural layer; s4, fixing the fixed positive texture anti-skid aggregate on the aggregate bonding layer; s5, the aggregate bonding layer is heated to fix the positive-texture anti-skid aggregate; and S6, preparing the original pavement self-adhesive layer. According to the method, most construction processes of existing asphalt pavement maintenance are completed through the pre-preparation process in production, rapid construction can be achieved, the maintenance period of the pavement is greatly shortened, and the maintenance efficiency of the pavement is improved; the device can be customized according to the width of the laid lane, and rapid maintenance and laying of the laid lane are achieved.
