The invention provides an intelligent bridge synchronous jacking system and method for a high-speed railway. In the system, multiple sets of jacking units are arranged, and the multiple sets of jacking units are symmetrically and evenly distributed at multiple preset vertexes of a bridge and used for conducting synchronous jacking operation on the bridge; wherein when the jacking unit performs synchronous jacking operation on the bridge, preset fixed constraint, preset transverse constraint and preset longitudinal constraint applied to the bridge are kept; a base plate is arranged between the jacking unit and the preset fixed point, an upper sliding layer is arranged between the upper end of the jacking unit and the base plate, the lower end of the jacking unit is located on a temporary support of the bridge, and a lower sliding layer is arranged between the lower end of the jacking unit and the temporary support; the plurality of monitoring feedback units and the plurality of groups of jacking units are correspondingly arranged at a plurality of preset vertexes in a matched manner; the control unit is electrically connected with the multiple monitoring feedback units and independently controls the corresponding jacking units, so that the multiple sets of jacking units act synchronously.
