The canal desilting device for water conservancy and hydropower construction comprises a sludge box, a sewage suction pump is installed at the top of the sludge box, the discharging end of the left side of the sewage suction pump communicates with the sludge box through a sludge discharging pipe, a fixing frame is arranged on the outer wall of the right side of the sludge box, an electric telescopic rod is installed on the right side of the fixing frame, and a movable block is installed below the electric telescopic rod; a flow guide box is installed on the outer wall of the right side of the movable block, a smashing device is installed in an inner cavity of the flow guide box, the flow guide box is movably connected with an elastic hose through a disassembly assembly, and the other end of the elastic hose is connected with the suction end of a sewage suction pump through a disassembly assembly. The sprayer is connected with a water pump arranged in a water tank at the bottom of the inner cavity of the sludge box through a water pipe; the technical problems that in the prior art, desilting equipment inclines due to uneven stress, the desilting efficiency is affected, part of sludge can be hardened, or water plants or other sundries are contained in the sludge, a pipe opening is blocked, and the equipment can be damaged possibly in the serious situation are solved.
