The invention discloses a circular steel tube concrete column-reinforced concrete transfer beam joint which comprises an outer ring supporting plate arranged between a circular steel tube concrete column and a reinforced concrete transfer beam, stiffening ribs below the supporting plate, a first-stage mechanical connector on the supporting plate and cylindrical joint bars. An annular steel plate of the outer ring supporting plate is welded to the periphery of the outer edge of the top of the round steel pipe column and fixedly connected to a steel pipe through stiffening ribs, the first-stage mechanical connector is vertically welded to the annular steel plate, and a cylindrical joint bar in the mechanical connector serves as a cylindrical longitudinal bar within the height range of the reinforced concrete transfer beam. According to the structural arrangement, the steel pipes do not stretch into the positions, where the steel bars are arranged, in the transfer beam, and it is guaranteed that the beam longitudinal bars can freely transversely penetrate through the column positions; the steel supporting plate is added on the top of the steel column to improve the shear bearing capacity of the column side beam end; longitudinal bars are arranged on the supporting plate to form a large-diameter concrete cylinder, so that the bending resistance of a column in a node area is ensured, and beam-column nodes are close to rigid connection; and a sufficient number of primary mechanical joints are welded on the annular plate, so that the construction operation of the cylindrical longitudinal bar is facilitated.
