The photovoltaic panel dust removal device is designed for overcoming the defects of an existing device, kinetic energy of a photovoltaic panel can be used as driving force, and then sliding-down of gravity is matched, so that dust removal of the surface of the photovoltaic panel is effectively achieved, and the power generation effect of the photovoltaic panel is guaranteed.
