The energy-saving mechanism comprises a solar panel, the solar panel is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the water pump. Rainwater is circulated and utilized among the drainage pool, the drainage mechanism, the green plant mechanism and the water storage pool, the green plant mechanism increases the green ring proportion, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly performance of the building is improved.
