The invention discloses a formwork-removal-free prefabricated part and an on-site installation method thereof. The formwork-removal-free prefabricated part comprises a prefabricated body formed by pouring reinforced concrete, and a center channel penetrating through the two opposite ends of the prefabricated body is formed in the prefabricated body; the end parts of part of the reinforcing steel bars extend out of the outer surface of the prefabricated body; or a sleeve which is exposed out of the outer surface of the prefabricated body and is used for installing a bolt is pre-embedded in the prefabricated body. According to the formwork-removal-free prefabricated part, the formwork-removal-free prefabricated part is formed by applying the PCF technology, the formwork-removal-free prefabricated part is conveyed to the site to serve as a prefabricated core part to be subjected to pouring connection, then a finished product component can be formed, a core formwork does not need to be arranged for pouring the finished product component on site, and the formwork-removal-free prefabricated part is suitable for various narrow open or closed construction operation spaces such as flues, garbage grooves, air shafts, water wells and integral kitchens and bathrooms; the construction quality problem and potential safety hazards caused by the limited technical level of constructors in the traditional construction process are solved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
