Method and system for determining limiting space of prestress tension limiting device
The invention provides a method and system for determining the limiting space of a prestress tensioning limiting device. The method and system are used for a prestress tendon tensioning anchoring system. According to the method, a tension test is conducted by building a test bed, a plurality of tension limiting devices with the limiting space lengths gradually increased are manufactured, the anchor mouth friction loss rates eta of the tension limiting devices with the different limiting space lengths are obtained, and therefore a fitting curve of the different limiting space lengths and the anchor mouth friction loss rates is drawn; the inflection point of the fitting curve is the optimal limiting space length. By the adoption of the tensioning limiting device with the optimal limiting space, the friction loss of a tensioning anchor mouth and the retraction loss of a prestressed tendon can be reduced to the minimum, the two kinds of losses are in a common balance state, and therefore the matching performance of the tensioning limiting device and a prestressed tendon tensioning anchoring system is guaranteed, the prestress loss is reduced, the engineering quality is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced. And reference significance is provided for practical engineering use.
本发明提出了预应力张拉限位装置的限位空间的确定方法及系统,用于预应力筋张拉锚固系统。本发明通过搭建试验台进行张拉试验,并制作限位空间长度逐渐递增的多个张拉限位装置,获得不同限位空间长度的张拉限位装置的锚口摩阻损失率η,以此绘制不同限位空间长度与锚口摩阻损失率的拟合曲线,拟合曲线的拐点为最佳限位空间长度。采用本发明的最佳限位空间的张拉限位装置,能够将张拉锚口摩阻损失、预应力筋回缩损失降到最低,两种损失达到共同平衡的状态,以此保证张拉限位装置与预应力筋张拉锚固系统的匹配性,从而减少预应力损失,保证工程质量,为实际工程使用提供参考意义。
