The invention provides a prestress tensioning lifting device. The prestress tensioning lifting device comprises a suspended load shaft, power mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the suspended load shaft, cantilever mechanisms arranged at the two ends of the suspended load shaft to suspend tensioning equipment, and a pivoting mechanism connected with the power mechanisms and the suspended load shaft. The pivoting mechanism comprises at least two hanging seat units which are arranged on the hanging load shaft in a sleeving mode and rotationally connected with the hanging load shaft, and transmission shafts which are contained by the power mechanism and close to the two sides of the hanging load shaft penetrate through the two ends of the hanging seat units in the length direction correspondingly. The hanging seat unit is arranged on the side portion, close to the cantilever mechanism, of the load hanging shaft. Through the hanging seat unit, the load at the end of the load hanging shaft is dispersed, so that the stress at the end of the load hanging shaft is reduced.
