Preparation process of carbonized fiberboard and application thereof to carbonized composite floor base material
The invention belongs to the technical field of wood processing and manufacturing, and relates to the manufacturing of fiberboards, in particular to a preparation process of a carbonized fiberboard. The method comprises the steps of carbonized wood fiber preparation, mixing and sizing, drying, paving and forming, hot pressing, cooling, sanding, inspection and grading, and packaging and warehousing. According to the invention, the prepared carbonized composite floor is applied to a carbonized composite floor base material and is formed by sequentially laminating and stacking a panel, a core plate and a bottom plate from top to bottom and bonding and curing an adhesive layer, wherein the panel is a high-temperature carbonized solid wood plate, the core plate is a carbonized fiber plate, thebottom plate is a high-temperature carbonized solid wood veneer, and the panel, the core plate and the bottom plate are stacked in a staggered or non-staggered mode. The preparation process is simple,an existing process does not need to be improved, and the process can be directly used for factory production; when the phenolic resin is used as the core plate of the carbonized composite floor basematerial, the moisture-proof and mildew-proof performance of the core plate is improved, and resin and unstable phenolic substances are volatilized and decomposed, so the overall strength of the floor is enhanced.
本发明属于木材加工制造技术领域,涉及纤维板的制造,尤其涉及一种碳化纤维板的制备工艺,包括碳化木质纤维制备→混料施胶→干燥→铺装成型→热压→冷却→砂光→检验分等→包装入库。本发明还将所制得的碳化纤维板,应用于碳化复合地板基材,从上至下依次为面板、芯板和底板层压叠放并由胶层粘结固化而成,其中,所述面板为高温碳化的实木板,所述芯板为碳化纤维板,所述底板为高温碳化的实木单板,所述面板、芯板、底板包括交错或不交错叠放。本发明制备工艺简单,无需对现有工艺进行改进,能够直接用于工厂的生产;将其用做碳化复合地板基材的芯板,提高了芯板的防潮防霉性能,树脂及不稳定性酚类物质挥发、分解,从而增强了地板的整体强度。
