The invention discloses a construction method based on sponge urban road pervious concrete combined pavement. The construction method is specifically implemented according to the following steps that plain soil is compacted to serve as a roadbed; constructing a drainage ditch on the roadbed; after construction of the drainage ditch is completed, graded broken stones are paved on the plain soil layer; mounting granite curbs on two sides of the road; paving a coarse sand filtering layer above the graded broken stones; bottom layer pervious concrete starts to be paved on the coarse sand filtering layer; paving a half-range water-permeable brick surface layer on the bottom-layer water-permeable concrete; after the pavement of the surface layer is completed, arranging a weathering steel closing edge along the outer edge of the pavement surface layer; construction of the other half surface layer pervious concrete is conducted, the other half bottom layer pervious concrete is paved with the surface layer pervious concrete, the upper surface of the other half surface layer pervious concrete is sprayed with a dipropylene polyurethane finishing agent, and the two sides of the road are connected and transited through greening. The construction requirements of sponge city roads can be met, and the guidance value is also brought to the construction of sponge cities.
