The invention provides an assembly type cable clamp which comprises a central lug plate and a plurality of groove base plates arranged on the two opposite sides of the central lug plate, the central lug plate is in threaded connection with the groove base plates, and a radial cable connecting hole is formed in the end of the central lug plate. A plurality of annular cable positioning grooves are correspondingly formed in the central lug plate and the groove seat plates, and a plurality of shear-resistant key grooves are formed in one of the two adjacent groove seat plates and/or the groove seat plates and the central lug plate; and a plurality of shear-resistant keys matched with the shear-resistant key grooves are correspondingly arranged on the other one of the shear-resistant key grooves. The mode that the groove base plates and the central lug plate are spliced is adopted, so that the problems that a steel casting mold is high in manufacturing cost, multiple in internal defects and the like caused by a casting process are solved, and material defects caused by welding stress are avoided. In addition, the shear-resistant key grooves and the shear-resistant keys are arranged in pairs, so that the connection reliability between the central lug plate and the groove seat plates and between the adjacent groove seat plates can be improved.
