A third cable clamping piece (3) and the second cable clamping piece are spliced to form a cable clamping piece body, a carbon fiber cable groove (9) is formed between the third cable clamping piece and the second cable clamping piece, and a parallel plate carbon fiber cable (7) can penetrate through the cable clamping piece body in a matched mode through the carbon fiber cable groove, so that the cable clamping piece body fixedly clamps the parallel plate carbon fiber cable; one end of the first cable clamping piece is detachably connected with the cable clamping piece main body, and the other end of the first cable clamping piece is connected with one end of the connecting piece to form a cable clamping structure; and the plurality of cable clamp structures are fixed on a steel structure (8) at intervals through the other ends of the connecting pieces, so that the parallel plate carbon fiber cable is mounted on the steel structure through the plurality of cable clamp structures.
