The magnesium blank comprises 45-55 parts of magnesite, 45-55 parts of seawater magnesia and 5-15 parts of dolomite; the catalyst also comprises sodium hydroxide and a manganese dioxide and oxalic acid mixture; after the raw materials are fully mixed and stirred, the surface of the material can be covered with a layer of chromic oxide particles, the fire resistance of the material can be greatly improved, the material can bear a higher-temperature working environment, sodium hydroxide is added in the mixing and stirring process, the sodium hydroxide can be hydrolyzed into hydroxyl ions and sodium ions when meeting water, and the heat resistance of the material is improved. Sulfur ions in reaction raw materials can be absorbed through sodium ions, emission of sulfur dioxide waste gas in the production process can be effectively reduced, and therefore the environment-friendly effect is achieved.
