The invention relates to the technical field of refractory ceramics, and particularly discloses an environment-friendly refractory ceramic plate and a production process thereof, the environment-friendly refractory ceramic plate comprises the following raw materials: 92-98 parts of a main material, 1-2 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent, and 2-4 parts of a binder; the production process comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in proportion, mixing the kaolin, albite, calcined talc and fly ash, and carrying out ball milling in a ball mill to obtain slurry; carrying out ball milling, sieving with a 100-120-mesh sieve to obtain slurry, stirring, adding a foaming agent, a water reducing agent, a binder, zirconium oxide fibers and titanium dioxide, mixing, and carrying out spray granulation; and pressing into a square cake, sintering in a kiln, sintering, and polishing to obtain the ceramic plate. The fly ash is selected as the main raw material of the ceramic plate, recycling of resources is achieved, and by selecting the foaming agent, the water reducing agent, the binder and other environment-friendly raw materials, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile the mechanical property and the heat insulation and fire resistance of the ceramic plate are optimized.
本发明涉及耐火陶瓷技术领域,具体公开了一种环保型耐火陶瓷板及其生产工艺,所述环保型耐火陶瓷板原料包括:主料92‑98份,发泡剂1‑2份,减水剂0.5‑1份,粘结剂2‑4份;生产工艺包括:按比例称取原料,将高岭土、钠长石、烧滑石、粉煤灰混合后放入球磨机中进行球磨制备得到浆料;球磨后过100‑120目筛得到浆料后搅拌,加入发泡剂、减水剂、粘结剂、氧化锆纤维和二氧化钛进行混合后,进行喷雾造粒;压制成方饼后送入窑中烧结,烧结、抛光后得到陶瓷板。本发明选用粉煤灰作为陶瓷板的主要原料,实现了资源的回收再利用,通过选用发泡剂、减水剂、粘结剂等环保原料,在降低成本的同时实现优化陶瓷板力学性能和隔热耐火性能。
