The depth-controllable slurry picker for the underground diaphragm wall comprises a container, the limiting assembly is arranged at the opening of the container; at least part of the opening and closing assembly is arranged in the container, and the opening and closing assembly is in contact with the limiting assembly by ascending so as to close the opening of the container; the opening of the container is opened by descending to be separated from the limiting assembly; and the lifting assembly is connected with the container. The structures are matched with one another, so that the container can enter a slurry layer at a preset position, and slurry of the preset slurry layer can be smoothly picked up.
