Underground diaphragm wall construction process
The invention provides an underground diaphragm wall construction technology. The technology comprises the steps of construction preparation; guide wall construction is carried out, a mud pit needs to be arranged, a road needs to be constructed, and before guide wall construction, soil bodies on the two sides of an underground diaphragm wall are reinforced; after the rotary drilling machine leads a hole, a grooving machine grabs soil to the rock surface, and then a groove milling machine is used for milling a groove; performing grooving inspection and hole cleaning; manufacturing and lowering a reinforcement cage; concrete is prepared, and underwater concrete pouring is conducted; and finishing the wall body. According to the underground diaphragm wall construction process provided by the invention, construction can be carried out under the condition that the rock surface of the underground diaphragm wall is high by adopting the process steps, and groove wall reinforcement is carried out on soil bodies on the two sides of the underground diaphragm wall and the interior of the groove before the guide wall construction, so that the safety of the underground diaphragm wall during the construction period is ensured.
本发明提供一种地下连续墙施工工艺,包括施工准备;导墙施工,还需对泥浆池进行布置和对道路进行施工,其中,在导墙施工之前,对地连墙两侧土体加固;旋挖机引孔之后成槽机抓土至岩面,再使用铣槽机铣槽;成槽检查并进行清孔;钢筋笼的制作并下放;混凝土的制备并进行水下混凝土浇筑;墙体完成。本发明提供的地下连续墙施工工艺,通过采用上述工艺步骤,能够在地下连续墙岩面高的情况下施工,且导墙施工之前,对地连墙两侧土体及槽内部位进行槽壁加固,以确保地下连续墙施工期间的安全。
