The invention relates to a reserved long-term underground three-layer structure of a recent underground two-layer node transfer subway station and a construction method thereof, the reserved long-term underground three-layer structure comprises a subway station structure, enclosure side piles and under-column expanded-base supporting piles are constructed below a recent station bottom plate, vertical steel bars are arranged in the enclosure side piles and the under-column expanded-base supporting piles, and the steel bars are anchored into station bottom plate beams upwards; the long-term underground three-layer structural columns are located in the under-column bottom-expanding supporting piles, steel pipes are wrapped outside the underground three-layer structural columns, and long-term beam plate reinforcing steel bars are reserved for connection. According to the construction method, a structure of enclosure side piles and under-column bottom-expanding supporting piles is adopted, and meanwhile, a set of complete structural system is formed through structural arrangement of the enclosure side piles, the supporting piles, long-term structural column wrapping steel pipes and the like, so that a long-term underground three-layer structure implementation design system is reserved for transferring underground two-layer nodes to a subway station in a recent period to penetrate through the existing station; and later-stage underground three-layer structure construction is facilitated, it is ensured that the existing station and the long-term underground three-layer structure are safe and reliable, and normal operation of existing line vehicles is not affected.
本发明为一种近期地下二层节点换乘地铁车站预留远期地下三层结构及其施工方法,包括地铁车站结构,于近期车站底板下方施做围护边桩及柱下扩底支撑桩,围护边桩及柱下扩底支撑桩内设置有竖向的钢筋,钢筋向上锚入车站底板梁;远期地下三层结构柱处于柱下扩底支撑桩之中,且在地下三层结构柱外包钢管,预留远期梁板钢筋连接。本发明采用围护边桩+柱下扩底支撑桩结构,同时利用围护边桩、支撑桩、远期结构柱外包钢管等结构布置形成的一套完整的结构体系,实现近期实施地下二层节点换乘地铁车站预留远期地下三层结构实施设计体系下穿既有车站,并方便后期地下三层结构建设,确保既有车站及远期地下三层结构安全、可靠、不影响既有线车辆正常运营。
