According to the environment-friendly composite cement electric pole and the production process thereof, the second electric pole is hoisted to the top of the connecting sleeve, a mounting convex body is inserted into a mounting groove, a mounting plate makes contact with the top of the connecting sleeve, and then a mounting bolt is screwed in, so that the second electric pole is fixedly mounted to the top of the connecting sleeve; therefore, excessive electric poles do not need to be inserted during embedding, and materials are saved.
