本发明涉及石膏基施工技术领域，尤其是一种地热管道石膏基自流平保护层施工方法及装置，针对现有技术中不能将原料进行充分的混合的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括S1、把屋内地面上的灰尘扫干净，地面上要是有凹凸现象或有杂物都要清理干净，保证地面的平整，然后铺设地热管道；S2、当屋内铺好地热管道之后，在墙体上标注需要进行浇筑的石膏基自流平砂浆高度；S3、然后将石膏基自流平砂浆原料放入到搅拌装置内进行搅拌，搅拌完成后制备的混合物为石膏基自流平砂浆浆料，本发明不仅可以充分的将搅拌箱内部的原料进行混合，提高了原料进行混合的质量，而且加速了原料进行混合的速度，提高了施工的工作效率。
