The invention discloses a ceramic building material which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0-20 parts of a plastic raw material, 40-60 parts of a fluxing raw material, 10-24 parts of wollastonite and/or wollastonite fibers, 5-25 parts of glass fibers and 0.01-5 parts of an additive, the fluxing raw material comprises diopside. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the ceramic building material. According to the present invention, the product performance is good, the fracture modulus and the fracture toughness are significantly improved compared with the prior art formula, the solid waste resource recycling can be achieved, the energy saving and the consumption reducing are achieved, and the cost is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了陶瓷建材,其主要由下述以重量份计的原料制成:可塑性原料0~20份、助熔性原料40~60份、硅灰石和/或硅灰石纤维10~24份、玻璃纤维5~25份、添加剂0.01~5份;所述助熔性原料包括透辉石。相应的,本发明还公开一种陶瓷建材的制备方法。采用本发明,产品性能好,断裂模数和断裂韧性与现有技术配方相比都有显著提高,且能实现固废资源循环利用,节能降耗,并有效降低成本。
