The invention relates to a phosphate tailing-coal gangue based lightweight thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, 50-80 wt% of phosphate tailings and 20-50 wt% of coal gangue serve as raw materials and are evenly mixed, water accounting for 6-32 wt% of the raw materials is added, stirring is conducted, and a mixture is obtained; ageing the mixture for 12-24 hours, casting and molding, naturally drying, and drying at 90-110 DEG C for 24-48 hours to obtain a pretreated material; and heating the pretreated material from room temperature to 360-400 DEG C at a rate of 4-6 DEG C/min, then heating the pretreated material to 670-750 DEG C at a rate of 2-4 DEG C/min, then heating the pretreated material to 1100-1500 DEG C at a rate of 10-12 DEG C/min, carrying out heat preservation for 3-7 h, and carrying out furnace cooling to obtain the phosphorus tailing-coal gangue based lightweight thermal insulation material. The preparation method has the characteristics of high reutilization rate, low production cost and simple process, and the prepared phosphate tailing-coal gangue-based lightweight thermal insulation material is high in compression strength, high in porosity and low in heat conductivity coefficient.
一种磷尾矿‑煤矸石基轻质隔热材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以50~80wt%的磷尾矿和20~50wt%的煤矸石为原料,混匀,外加所述原料6~32wt%的水,搅拌,即得混合料;将所述混合料困料12~24h,浇注成型,自然干燥,90~110℃条件下烘干24~48h,即得预处理料;将所述预处理料先以4~6℃/min的速率从室温升温至360~400℃,再以2~4℃/min的速率升温至670~750℃,然后以10~12℃/min的速率升温至1100~1500℃,保温3~7h,随炉冷却,制得磷尾矿‑煤矸石基轻质隔热材料。本发明具有再利用率高、生产成本低和工艺简单的特点,所制备的磷尾矿‑煤矸石基轻质隔热材料耐压强度高、气孔率高和导热系数低。
