Phosphorus tailing-based ultra-light thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a phosphate tailing-based ultra-light thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring 40-65 wt% of phosphate tailings, 2-8 wt% of aerogel particles, 20-40 wt% of aluminate cement, 10-18 wt% of silica fume and 0.5-1.5 wt% of a water reducing agent of the aluminate cement to obtain mixed powder; taking deionized water of which the mass is 1-3 times of that of the mixed powder, preparing and mixing the deionized water, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer according to the mass ratio of the deionized water to the foaming agent to the foam stabilizer being 100: (0.2-1.0): (0.5-1.5) to obtain foam liquid; preparing the mixed powder and the foam liquid according to the mass ratio of 1: (1-3), mixing and stirring to obtain foam slurry; and pouring the foam slurry into a mold, standing, demolding and drying to obtain the phosphate tailing-based ultra-light thermal insulation material. The method has the characteristics of high phosphate tailing utilization rate, simple process, greenness, energy conservation and environmental friendliness, and the prepared product has the advantages of high porosity, low volume weight and small heat conductivity coefficient, and is suitable for being used as a thermal insulation layer of a building wall.
本发明涉及一种磷尾矿基超轻质保温材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将40~65wt%的磷尾矿、2~8wt%的气凝胶颗粒、20~40wt%的铝酸盐水泥、10~18wt%的硅灰和铝酸盐水泥的0.5~1.5wt%的减水剂混合,搅拌,得到混合粉体;取所述混合粉体质量的1~3倍的去离子水,再按去离子水∶发泡剂∶稳泡剂的质量比为100∶0.2~1.0∶0.5~1.5配料,混合,得到泡沫液;按混合粉体∶泡沫液的质量比为1∶1~3配料,混合,搅拌,即得泡沫浆料;将泡沫浆料倒入模具中,静置,脱模,干燥,制得磷尾矿基超轻质保温材料。本发明具有磷尾矿利用率高、工艺简单、绿色节能和对环境友好的特点,所制备的制品气孔率高、容重低、导热系数小,适用作建筑墙体的保温层。
