The tunnel desilting device comprises a mounting plate, a rotating shaft, an impact driving device and a rotating driving device; a sliding groove and a mounting seat are arranged on the mounting plate, a sliding block matched with the sliding groove is arranged in the sliding groove, and a mounting hole is formed in the mounting seat; a drill bit used for dredging is arranged at the head end of the rotating shaft, the tail end of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the mounting hole, and the peripheral face of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a first gear; the impact driving device is used for driving the sliding block to reciprocate along the sliding groove so as to knock the tail end of the rotating shaft. A second gear meshed with the first gear is arranged at the driving end of the rotation driving device and used for driving the drill bit to rotate. When the tunnel desilting device works, the drill bit rotates under the action of the rotation driving device and is knocked by the sliding block in a reciprocating mode at the same time, in other words, the drill bit conducts desilting in a rotary cutting and impacting mode, the desilting effect is enhanced, and the working efficiency is improved.
