The dielectric material provided by the invention has high bias stability, meets the X7R standard, and is an X7R type dielectric material with high bias stability; the multilayer ceramic capacitor made of the dielectric material is suitable for being sintered in a reducing atmosphere, the sintering temperature ranges from 1180 DEG C to 1280 DEG C, the dielectric constant of the multilayer ceramic capacitor is 2000 or above, the temperature characteristic meets the X7R characteristic of the American EIA standard, meanwhile, the capacitance change rate of a high-voltage load is smaller than 30%, and the dielectric constant of the multilayer ceramic capacitor is larger than or equal to 200. And the excellent direct-current bias resistance characteristic is displayed.
