Dielectric material for multilayer ceramic capacitor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a dielectric material for a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a preparation method of the dielectric material. The dielectric material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of Li2CO3, 40 to 50 parts of Y2O3, 20 to 30 parts of ZrO2, 3 to 4 parts of Nb2O5, 8 to 10 parts of RuO2, 5 to 6 parts of TiO2 and 8 to 10 parts of LiF. The preparation method of the dielectric material comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of a first pre-sintered body: mixing Li2CO3, Y2O3 and ZrO2 with agate balls and absolute ethyl alcohol according to the stoichiometric ratio of Li2Y0. 4Zr0. 2O2, carrying out ball milling, and pre-sintering to obtain the first pre-sintered body; s2, preparation of a second pre-sintered body: mixing Nb2O5, RuO2 and TiO2 with agate balls and absolute ethyl alcohol according to the stoichiometric ratio of Nb0. 4RuTiO5, carrying out ball milling, and pre-sintering to obtain the second pre-sintered body; and S3, preparation of the dielectric material: mixing and ball-milling the first pre-sintered body in the S1, the second pre-sintered body in the S2, LiF, agate balls and absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, granulating, tabletting, and sintering to obtain the dielectric material for the multilayer ceramic capacitor. The dielectric material prepared by the invention has the advantages of low sintering temperature, good temperature stability, low dielectric loss and the like.
