Method for resource utilization of sludge biochar
The invention discloses a method for resource utilization of sludge biochar. Comprising the following steps: performing fine grinding and magnetic separation on biochar prepared from sludge to obtain a ferromagnetic material and biochar micro powder without iron; wherein the charcoal micro powder, the cement and the early strength agent are subjected to dry premixing to obtain a premix; then adding river sand and mixing to obtain a secondary mixture; uniformly dispersing a water reducing agent and water in a stirrer, and adding the secondary mixture to obtain a third mixture; feeding into a mold for pressure forming; placing the mold in a steam curing box, cooling to room temperature after steam curing, and removing the mold after the green body is solidified; and curing at normal temperature to obtain concrete solid bricks, building blocks or thermal insulation materials. According to the method, harmful heavy metal in the sludge is solidified, secondary pollution to the environment is avoided, the concrete solid brick is directly prepared, resource utilization and large-scale treatment of the sludge are achieved, and the method is particularly suitable for treatment of biochar obtained through pyrolysis of the sludge containing the heavy metal. The method is simple in process and low in cost, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
本发明公开了一种污泥生物炭资源化利用的方法。包括将污泥制备得到的生物炭进行细磨并磁选,得到含铁磁性材料与不含铁的生物炭微粉;其中生物炭微粉与水泥及早强剂进行干式预混合得到预混合料;再添加河沙混合得二次混合料;将减水剂和水在搅拌器中分散均匀,加入二次混合料得到第三混合料;送入模具中加压成型;将模具放置在蒸养箱中,蒸养后降至室温,坯体凝固后将模具拆除;常温养护获得混凝土实心砖、砌块或保温材料。所述方法将污泥中的有害重金属固化,避免对环境二次污染,并直接制备成混凝土实心砖,实现污泥资源化利用和规模化处理,尤其适用于含重金属污泥热解所得生物炭的处理。工艺简单,成本低,具有良好的经济与环境效益。
