The invention discloses a basalt fiber plugging material suitable for granite cracks and a preparation method thereof, the plugging material comprises the following components by mass: 100% of water, 5-7% of bentonite, 0.5-0.7% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.4% of anhydrous sodium carbonate, 7-9% of walnut shell, 0.5-1.5% of rubber particles, 1.5-2.5% of mica, and 0.25-0.35% of basalt fiber, the walnut shells, the rubber particles and the mica have different particle size grading. The plugging material can effectively plug granite cracks, the pressure bearing range of a plugging layer is 3 MPa or above, and the requirement for directional drilling construction of a mountain in a high-altitude area can be met; the volume leakage rate of the slurry can be reduced, and leakage of effective components in the slurry is reduced; the basalt fiber used in the formula is good in dispersity in the slurry, does not have adverse effects on circulating equipment, is simple to prepare, easy to operate, non-toxic and harmless in material, convenient to popularize and use, and also applicable to common fractured stratums and the slurry system.
本发明公开一种适用于花岗岩裂隙的玄武岩纤维堵漏材料及其制备方法,该堵漏材料中各组分质量百分数为:以水的质量为100%,膨润土5~7%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.5~0.7%,无水碳酸钠0.2~0.4%,核桃壳7~9%,橡胶粒0.5~1.5%,云母1.5~2.5%,玄武岩纤维0.25~0.35%,其中,核桃壳、橡胶粒和云母具有不同的粒径级配。本发明的堵漏材料可对花岗岩裂隙进行有效封堵,封堵层承压范围在3MPa以上,能够满足高海拔地区山体定向钻进施工需要;可降低泥浆体积漏损率,减少泥浆中有效成分漏损;该配方所使用的玄武岩纤维在泥浆中分散性良好,不会对循环设备产生不良影响,且配置简单,易操作,材料无毒无害,便于推广使用,对于一般裂隙型地层,该泥浆体系同样适用。
