The invention relates to the field of oil drilling, and discloses foam leaking stoppage slurry, a preparation method of the foam leaking stoppage slurry, a foam leaking stoppage slurry system and application, the foam leaking stoppage slurry comprises cement-based slurry, a foaming agent and filled nitrogen; wherein relative to 100 parts by weight of the cement-based slurry, the foaming agent is not more than 5 parts by weight; the filled nitrogen is metered by volume, and the amount of the added nitrogen meets the requirement that the density of the foam leaking stoppage slurry is reduced by 3-30% compared with that of cement-based slurry. The density of the foam leaking stoppage slurry can be flexibly adjusted according to the inflation proportion, and the foam leaking stoppage slurry is suitable for variable leakage well conditions on site.
