A connecting device between a concrete conveying pipeline and a pier column comprises a pier column embedded part, a main supporting system and an auxiliary supporting system. The pier column embedded part comprises a main rod, an inner anchoring sleeve, an inner anchoring plate and an outer anchoring sleeve, the inner anchoring plate is arranged in the pier column outer-layer reinforcing steel bar and sleeves the main rod, and the outer anchoring sleeve is mounted at the other end of the main rod; the main supporting system comprises main beams, anchoring beams and transverse connecting beams, the main beams are welded to the two sides of the anchoring beams, and the two main beams are connected through the transverse connecting beams; the auxiliary supporting system comprises auxiliary anchoring beams, auxiliary beams and inclined struts, the auxiliary beams are welded to the two sides of the auxiliary anchoring beams, the anchoring beams and the auxiliary anchoring beams are fixedly connected with pier column embedded parts respectively, and the auxiliary beams are connected with the main beam through the inclined struts; a concrete conveying pipe connector is arranged on the transverse linkage beam and used for allowing a concrete conveying pipe to penetrate. The device can ensure that the concrete conveying pipeline is stably stressed in the construction process, and adverse effects caused by swinging of the concrete conveying pipeline are avoided.
