The invention relates to an existing tunnel upper bearing platform structure which comprises a bearing platform, a first pile column and a second pile column, the bearing platform is arranged above an existing tunnel at intervals, and the bearing platform is used for bearing a tower building; the first pile columns are arranged on one side of the existing tunnel at intervals, the shortest distance between the first pile columns and the outer wall of the existing tunnel is not smaller than 2 m, and the first pile columns are connected to one end of the bearing platform and used for being arranged below a shear wall of a tower; the second pile columns are used for being arranged on the other side, back to the first pile column, of the existing tunnel at intervals, the shortest distance between the second pile columns and the outer wall of the existing tunnel is not smaller than 2 m, the second pile columns are connected to the other end, away from the first pile column, of the bearing platform, and the diameter of the first pile column is larger than or equal to that of the second pile columns. The first pile column can support the main pressure load of the tower above through the bearing platform. The existing tunnel upper bearing platform structure can be built at the positions at least 2 m away from the two sides of the existing tunnel, the land utilization rate in the TOD mode is increased, and land resources are fully utilized.
