The anti-blocking grouting device comprises a limiting seat, a stirring barrel and a sealing cover, the bottom of the stirring barrel is in threaded connection with the limiting seat, the top of the stirring barrel is in threaded connection with the sealing cover, a discharging seat is installed at the bottom of the limiting seat, and a discharging pipe is installed at the bottom of the discharging seat. A discharging plate is mounted at the top of the inner wall of the limiting base, and a discharging opening is formed in the top of the discharging plate. Through the arrangement of the top cover, the discharging pipe, the driving motor, the limiting rotating rod, stirring blades, an electric heating plate, a bearing frame, a motor base, a servo motor and a flow limiting blade assembly, in the rotating process of a rotating plate, stirred raw materials in a stirring barrel discontinuously fall into a discharging base, and after the raw materials enter the discharging base, the raw materials are discharged through rotation of the flow limiting blade assembly; and the raw materials are discharged through the discharging pipe in order, and the device effectively achieves the anti-blocking effect on use of the device by means of ordered discharging of the raw materials.
本发明公开了一种水利工程用防堵塞的灌浆装置，包括限位座、搅拌桶和密封盖，所述搅拌桶的底部螺纹连接有限位座，所述搅拌桶的顶部螺纹连接有密封盖，所述限位座的底部安装有出料座，所述出料座的底部安装有出料管，所述限位座内壁的顶部安装有出料板，所述出料板的顶部开设有出料口。本发明通过顶盖、出料管、驱动电机、限位转杆、搅拌叶片、电加热板、承重架、电机座、伺服电机和限流叶片组件的设置，转动板的转动过程中使得搅拌桶内搅拌后的原料间断性落入出料座中，且进行出料座后，通过限流叶片组件的转动，使得原料有序的通过出料管进行排出，装置通过对原料的有序排放从而有效的对装置的使用起到防堵塞的作用。
