The anti-blocking grouting gun head comprises a gun head body, a slurry inlet is formed in one end of the gun head body, a handle and an air cylinder are arranged at the other end of the gun head body, and the air cylinder is controlled by a controller; a pull rod is arranged in the gun head body, one end of the pull rod is connected with a piston rod of an air cylinder, the other end of the pull rod is connected with a switching valve element, the switching valve element comprises a slurry inlet hole and a slurry outlet hole, and the slurry inlet hole is matched with a slurry inlet of the gun head body and used for switching on and off of slurry. An air inlet is formed in the gun head body. On-off of slurry is controlled by switching the valve element, various kinds of slurry can be fully mixed, and the quality of a grouting material is guaranteed; when the gun head is cleaned, residual slurry of the gun head can be effectively sprayed out, and it is guaranteed that the slurry outlet is not blocked.
本发明公开了一种防堵注浆枪头，包括枪头本体，枪头本体一端设有进浆口，枪头本体另一端设有把手和气缸，所述气缸由控制器控制；枪头本体内布置有拉杆，所述拉杆的一端连接气缸的活塞杆，拉缸的另一端连接切换阀芯，所述切换阀芯包括进浆孔和出浆孔，所述进浆孔和枪头本体的进浆口配合，用于切换浆液的通断；所述枪头本体上设有进气口。本发明通过切换阀芯控制浆液的通断，能够对多种浆液进行充分的混合，使注浆材料品质得以保证；在进行枪头清理时，能够有效地将枪头的残留浆液喷出，保证出浆口不被堵塞。
