The equipment foundation comprises a profile steel structure and a concrete structure, the profile steel structure constructed by built-in damping particles is used in the equipment foundation, and a rubber shock absorber is arranged between the equipment base and the equipment foundation; the dynamic equipment load on the bearing mounting structure is defined as the dynamic load, the static equipment load on the bearing mounting structure is defined as the static load, the dynamic load is a vibration isolation object, and the mass of the static load and the bearing mounting structure is the vibration isolation mass.
