Preparation method of glass-doped geopolymer solidified radionuclide solidified body
The invention provides a preparation method of a glass-doped geopolymer solidified radionuclide solidified body, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving sodium hydroxide and target nuclide in silica sol, stirring, and preparing an alkali activator; (2) mixing metakaolin and phosphate glass with the alkali activator to obtain a mixture, and curing the mixture in a drying oven to obtain a geopolymer precursor; (3) crushing, grinding and sieving the geopolymer precursor to obtain powder; (4) adding the powder into a mold, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a geopolymer cured body green body; and (5) sintering the geopolymer cured body green body to obtain the geopolymer ceramic cured body. The preparation method for solidifying the radioactive nuclear waste has the advantages of being low in leaching rate, high in mechanical strength, low in energy consumption, environmentally friendly, free of toxicity, simple in process, easy to apply to engineering and the like.
本发明提供了一种玻璃掺杂地聚合物固化放射性核素固化体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将氢氧化钠与目标核素溶于硅溶胶中,搅拌,配置碱激发剂;(2)将偏高岭土和磷酸盐玻璃与所述碱激发剂混合,获得混合物,在烘箱中固化得到地聚合物前驱体;(3)将所述地聚合物前驱体进行粉碎、研磨、过筛后得到粉末;(4)将所述粉末加入模具中模压成型,得到地聚合物固化体生坯;(5)将所述地聚合物固化体生坯进行烧结,得到地聚合物陶瓷固化体。采用本发明的制备方法固化放射性核废料,具有浸出率低,机械强度高、能耗低、环保无毒、工艺简单、易于工程应用等特点。
