The water pumping end of the water pumping purification device is communicated with the primary drop dam, the water drainage end of the water pumping purification device is communicated with the effluent weir, a water outlet groove is communicated between the effluent weir and the submerged plant purification belt, the water pumping purification device comprises a lifting water pump and a biochemical cylinder, and a water pumping pipe of the lifting water pump is communicated with the biochemical cylinder. According to the invention, combined system overflow pollution can be buffered, SS, COD and ammonia nitrogen concentration in sewage can be greatly reduced, and water purification can be realized.
