According to the combined system overflow pollution treatment system, through cooperative use of the box culvert water inlet and the self-sewage-intercepting pipe, water is fed through the box culvert water inlet, sewage is filtered through the self-sewage-intercepting pipe so as to be conveyed to the water inlet well, then the sewage reaches the sedimentation tank through the first hoist, the sewage remover and the second hoist, and the sewage is filtered through the submersible sand discharging pump; according to the device, sewage is conveyed to the storage pond through the buried culvert, then the gravel separator and the submersible sewage pump are used for filtering the sewage so that the sewage can be conveyed to the pressure release well, the sewage is conveyed to the sewage pipe with the design of the stay cord through the pressure release well, and compared with a traditional device, rainwater in the upstream drainage basin enters the open channel section of the stay cord through the middle channel of the buried culvert under the medium and small rainfall working conditions.
