The invention relates to a cement grinding aid synergist containing a disulfide bond polymer as well as a preparation method and application of the cement grinding aid synergist, and belongs to the field of concrete admixtures. The cement grinding aid synergist comprises a disulfide bond-containing polymer and a disulfide bond reversible regulation catalyst, the disulfide bond-containing polymer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 100 parts of carboxyl-containing monomer, 5 to 100 parts of sulfo group-containing monomer, 1 to 50 parts of unsaturated monomer, 0.1 to 10 parts of disulfide bond-containing monomer, 10 to 300 parts of alkali, 100 to 5000 parts of solvent and 0.1 to 20 parts of catalyst. The obtained cement grinding aid synergist has the advantages of dissolubility, easiness in construction, good cohesiveness and capability of forming a three-dimensional cross-linked network through molecular rearrangement after construction; when the cement grinding aid is added into the cement grinding aid to be applied to concrete, the obtained concrete has excellent strength performance and anti-aging performance.
