The invention provides a prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete hollow T-beam bridge structure which comprises a beam rib unit, a bridge deck unit, an end diaphragm plate located at the end of a bridge and a midspan diaphragm plate located in the middle of the bridge, the beam rib unit comprises a horseshoe-shaped lower flange and a web plate, and the beam rib unit is integrally prefabricated through ultra-high performance concrete; the bridge deck unit is prefabricated by adopting ultra-high performance concrete or common concrete, a web plate in a midspan area of the beam rib unit is provided with a plurality of open pores, and the aperture ratio of the corresponding web plate is 20-60%. The prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete hollow T-beam bridge structure has the advantages of being light in self weight, small in sectional area, high in bearing capacity, capable of saving materials, easy to install, high in construction efficiency, low in comprehensive manufacturing cost and the like. The invention further provides a construction method of the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete hollow T-beam bridge structure.
本发明提供一种预制超高性能混凝土镂空T梁桥梁结构,包括梁肋单元、桥面板单元、位于桥梁端部的端横隔板、及位于桥梁中部的跨中横隔板,所述梁肋单元包括马蹄形下翼缘和腹板,所述梁肋单元采用超高性能混凝土整体预制,所述桥面板单元采用超高性能混凝土或普通混凝土预制,所述梁肋单元跨中区域的腹板具有若干个开孔,且对应腹板的开孔率为20‑60%。本发明提供的预制超高性能混凝土镂空T梁桥梁结构,具有自重轻、截面面积小、承载力强、节约材料、安装简单、施工效率高、综合造价低等优点。本发明还提供一种预制超高性能混凝土镂空T梁桥梁结构的施工方法。
