The invention discloses an ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated hollow stand column and a connecting structure and a construction method thereof. The two ends of the ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated hollow stand column are connected with a bearing platform and a bent cap correspondingly. The hollow stand column is of a hollow structure and is tubular. A plurality of stand column reserved connecting steel bars are reserved on the pipe walls, close to the two ends, of the hollow stand columns, and the hollow stand columns are connected with the bearing platform and the bentcap through the stand column reserved connecting steel bars reserved at the two ends. During construction, firstly, ultra-high performance concrete meeting requirements is mixed; arranging of a plurality of stand column reserved connecting steel bars is carried out; a centrifugal method is adopted for manufacturing the hollow stand columns, and then high-temperature steam curing is conducted on the hollow stand columns; then, the bearing platform is poured, and a plurality of bearing platform reserved connecting steel bars are reserved; the bent cap is manufactured, and a plurality of bent cap reserved connecting steel bars are reserved; and finally, the hollow stand columns and the bent cap are hoisted and installed. According to the application, the construction efficiency is greatly improved; and the connection mode adopts an ultra-high performance concrete wet joint, the tolerance is large, and the detection is easy.
本发明公开了超高性能混凝土预制空心立柱及其连接结构和施工方法,两端分别与承台和盖梁连接;空心立柱为空心结构,呈管状;空心立柱的靠近两端的管壁均预留若干立柱预留连接钢筋,并籍由预留于两端的若干立柱预留连接钢筋与承台和盖梁连接。施工时,首先,拌制符合要求的超高性能混凝土;设置若干立柱预留连接钢筋;采用离心法进行空心立柱的制作,完成后对空心立柱进行高温蒸汽养护;然后,浇筑承台,并预留若干承台预留连接钢筋;制作盖梁,并预留若干盖梁预留连接钢筋;最后,吊装安装空心立柱和述盖梁。本发明应用是建造效率效率极大提高;连接方式采用超高性能混凝土湿接缝,容差性较大,易于检测。
