The invention discloses an intelligent overall construction method for a large-span portal rigid frame of a component. The intelligent overall construction method comprises the following steps that S1, an embedded part is arranged, specifically, an anti-pulling embedded type connecting column foot is poured; s2, blanking and cutting the steel member: placing the steel member on a cutting mechanism, fixing the steel member by using the cutting mechanism, and cutting the steel member into a required length by using a cutting machine; s3, spraying the steel member: spraying a fireproof coating on the surface of the steel member by adopting a spraying machine; s4, butt joint processing of the steel members: butt joint is carried out on the steel members by adopting welding and screw joint processes; and S5, hoisting the steel members: assembling the steel members, and hoisting the assembled steel members above the anti-pulling embedded type connecting column feet to finish construction. By arranging the embedded parts and adopting the anti-pulling embedded type connecting column feet, the stability of the portal rigid frame during construction and installation can be improved, and therefore the anti-wind effect of the portal rigid frame is improved; and by arranging the cutting mechanism, the steel member is clamped and fixed through the cutting mechanism, so that cutting treatment is facilitated, and the safety is improved.
