The invention relates to a formula of a concrete repairing agent. The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: a component A: 25 parts of 100-mesh mixed quartz sand, 20 parts of 2mm granular sand, 45 parts of ordinary 425 Portland cement, 1 part of a water reducing agent, 2 parts of anti-crack fibers and 7 parts of 5000-mesh superfine calcium carbonate; the component B is prepared from 60 parts of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 60 parts of VAE emulsion, 32 parts of water, 5 parts of a sterilizing agent and 3 parts of a defoaming agent; a specific construction process of the formula comprises the following steps: repairing a damaged concrete pavement, cleaning a base surface, spraying the permeable primer once by using resin emulsion, uniformly stirring the component A and the component B according to a ratio of 4: 1 to form paste, flatly smearing by using blade coating equipment, covering a thin film or coarse cotton cloth after hardening, and curing for seven days, wherein the dosage of the component A and the component B is 15-20kg/m < 2 > each time; portland cement which is the same as that of pavement concrete is matched with quartz sand, then water-based resin emulsion is added, the toughness of the concrete is improved, the hardness of the concrete is reduced, water in the concrete is kept to evaporate slowly, and the bulking problem is solved.
