A cover plate is mounted on the pipe body; the top end of the cover plate is fixedly connected with a dismounting ring; the bottom end of the cover plate is fixedly connected with a net rack frame; a collecting net is fixedly connected to the net rack frame; the cover plate is connected with a control plate in a sliding manner; the bottom end of the control panel is fixedly connected with a sliding plate; the side end of the sliding plate is fixedly connected with a mud scraping brush; a first elastic piece is fixedly connected to the interior of the pipe body. Sludge in sewage can be collected through a collecting net, a mud scraping brush can scrape off the sludge accumulated on the collecting net by sliding a control plate, so that the sludge is accumulated at the bottom end of the collecting net, a worker can be reminded to treat the sludge in the collecting net through cooperation of a pressing block and a first power connection piece, and the sludge can be reduced through collection of the collecting net; therefore, the problems of blockage and the like caused by accumulation of sludge in the pipe body are reduced.
