The invention discloses a high-energy-saving unit type curtain wall structure which comprises an outer-layer unit type curtain wall and an inner-layer unit type curtain wall, an air channel communicated with an air inlet and an air outlet is formed between the outer-layer unit type curtain wall and the inner-layer unit type curtain wall, and a sunshade structure is arranged in the air channel; every two adjacent high-energy-saving unit type curtain wall structures are connected through an isolation alloy part, one end of each isolation alloy part is connected with the corresponding pair of adjacent outer-layer side window frames, and the other end of each isolation alloy part is connected with the corresponding pair of adjacent inner-layer side window frames. The energy-saving and heat-insulating window has excellent energy-saving and heat-insulating properties, is also provided with a built-in sunshade, and meets multiple functional requirements of ventilation, sunshade, energy conservation, sealing, sound insulation and the like.
