The robot can be fixed on dam faces with various gradients through the telescopic suction cup, the reasonable distance between the robot and the dam is adjusted by matching with stretching and retracting of the hydraulic push rod, and the detection and manipulator operation space is guaranteed. And the underwater robot can perform autonomous detection and maintenance on the surface of the dam according to a set track by using universal wheels and propellers.
本发明提供了一种水下大坝裂缝检测及维修机器人,同时具备大坝裂缝检测系统和大坝裂缝维修系统,解决了水下一定深度后人工不能下水施工大坝维修的问题。机器人携带大坝维修材料及维修装备,在机器人检测出大坝裂缝后及时维修,避免了检测与维修分开工作进而导致机器人进出水体重复性,提高了工作效率。环境清理系统可以冲洗待检测及待维修的大坝界面,提高工作环境的水体透明度,增强了系统检测及作业工作的准确度。可伸缩吸盘可以将机器人固定于各种坡度的坝面上,配合液压推杆伸缩,调整机器人与大坝之间的合理距离,保证了检测及机械手作业空间。水下机器人能利用万向轮及螺旋桨在大坝表面按照设定的轨迹自主检测及维修。
