A partition plate is fixed to the lower side in the shell, a cavity is formed in the partition plate, the lower side of the partition plate is connected with a movable sealing plate through a hinge, the cavity of the partition plate is covered with the movable sealing plate, and the push rod can penetrate through the cavity and eject the movable sealing plate downwards. Water supply can be achieved through the change of the field water level, the use cost is low, automation can be achieved, and the irrigation efficiency is greatly improved.
