The invention discloses a waste concrete recycling process which comprises the following steps: (a) putting waste concrete into a collecting bin, separating plastic and plant impurities in the waste concrete through an air screening machine, and discharging the waste concrete; (b) injecting tap water into a clean water tank, putting the waste concrete in the step (a) into the clean water tank, soaking the waste concrete with the tap water, and cleaning the waste concrete; and (c) putting the waste concrete cleaned in the step (b) into a crusher, and crushing the large waste concrete. Plastic and plant impurities in the waste concrete are separated through the air screening machine, the waste concrete is subjected to primary treatment, the waste concrete is cleaned through clear water, and soil on the surface of the waste concrete is removed, so that the impurities of the waste concrete are separated out, the waste concrete is conveniently recycled, and the waste concrete recycling efficiency is improved. And the recycling rate of the waste concrete is improved.
