Premixed construction waste regenerated flow-state backfill material
Redundant soil is obtained through soil removal and screening after primary crushing in a brick-concrete type construction waste regeneration treatment process, the content of light impurities is not larger than 0.3%, and the content of organic matter is not larger than 5.0%. The grain composition of the recycled material obtained by mixing the redundant soil and the recycled fine aggregate meets a proper ratio range. The total mass fraction of the cementing material is (5.5-13)%, the mass fractions of the cement, the lime and the fly ash are (3-8)%, (0-5)% and (0-2.5)% respectively, and the mass fraction of the regenerated material is 68-75%. Through particle composition control of the regenerated material, reasonable matching of different particle size intervals is obtained, the total void ratio is reduced, the aggregate and active effects of fine particles are fully exerted, the use amount of a cementing material is reduced, and the utilization amount of the regenerated material, especially the use amount of redundant soil, is improved. The use amount of redundant soil is large, the total amount of gelling materials is low, additives for improving the water retention capacity do not need to be added, and the backfill material is low in comprehensive cost and has application and popularization value.
本发明公开了一种预拌建筑垃圾再生流态回填材料,冗余土为砖混类建筑垃圾再生处理工艺中一级破碎后的除土筛分获得,轻质杂物含量不大于0.3%,有机质含量不大于5.0%。冗余土、再生细骨料混合后的再生材料颗粒级配满足合适的配比范围。胶凝材料的总质量分数为(5.5~13)%,其中水泥、石灰、粉煤灰的质量分数分别为(3~8)%、(0~5)%、(0~‑2.5)%,再生材料的质量分数为68~75%。通过再生材料颗粒级配控制,获得不同粒径区间的合理搭配,降低总空隙率,充分发挥微细颗粒的集料、活性效应,降低胶凝材料用量,提高再生材料利用量,特别是冗余土的用量。冗余土用量大,胶凝材料总量低,且无需添加改善保水能力的外加剂,回填材料综合成本低,具有推广应用价值。
